If you are purchasing an AG LEGO® Certified Store e-Gift Voucher as a gift, you will need to forward the e-Gift Voucher email to the recipient.
Please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order to receive your e-Gift Cards via email. If you have ordered more than one gift card, they may not arrive in your inbox at the same time.
Some email inboxes (particularly work-related Microsoft Outlook emails) have higher security thresholds, which may cause a delay in receiving your gift cards. Unfortunately, these delays for “security checks” are beyond our control.
