Please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order to receive all your gift cards via email. If you’ve ordered more than one gift card, they may not all arrive in your inbox at the same time.
Some email inboxes, particularly work-related Microsoft Outlook accounts, have a higher security threshold, which may cause a delay in receiving your gift cards. Unfortunately, this delay for “security checks” is beyond our control.
If your e-Gift Card has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please check your junk mail or spam folder. You can also try searching for the subject line "Your Gift Card is inside" before contacting our Customer Care team.
