Nomination of a business as your delivery address opens signature authority to any person at that business address and often a receptionist or mailroom will accept deliveries on behalf of many individuals.
As a result, if your order is delivered to a business address and signed for on your behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items. For high-value orders, we strongly recommend using a home address to ensure that only residents have signature authority.
