Points are not applied to your online purchase until it has been shipped.
In the case where you elected to click and collect your order, the points will be applied on the day that you pick up your order.
Points are typically converted into coupons within 24 hours.
Therefore VIP coupons will be available to use on the day after your order is shipped/you have picked up your order from the store.
Purchased in-store?
Your points will be applied at the time of purchase, and your coupons will be available to redeem the following day.
