RETURN TO WAREHOUSE
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to offer you a CREDIT NOTE when returned to our warehouse within 30 DAYS of receiving your online order.
All orders are shipped in a recyclable AG LEGO® Certified Stores box, which can be reused for your return.

We recommend using registered post so you can track your return parcel.
Your return package must include the online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Once your parcel is dropped off at the Post Office, please allow sufficient time for it to reach our warehouse.
Upon receipt of your return, we will process your return and issue a CREDIT NOTE, which will be sent to your email within 2-3 business days.
Please note: AG LEGO® Certified Stores are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping for returns. Any returned item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
RETURN IN STORE
AG LEGO® Certified Stores will be happy to offer an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE for online purchases within 30 DAYS of receipt, or for in-store purchases within 30 DAYS of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for exchanges or store credit.
Please note: AG LEGO® Certified Stores are unable to offer a REFUND for online or in-store purchases unless the item is faulty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a REPLACEMENT or REFUND for a major failure, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Please note, where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect, or abnormal use, AG LEGO® Certified Stores will not provide a refund, exchange, or repair.
